We believe that even products offering complex functionality should be as easy as possible to use. We offer you vehicle-specific illustrated installation instructions and our technical support team will always be available.

The ON Power box is designed and manufactured considering all the necessary security measures. For proper and safe operation it must be properly installed.

It is therefore extremely necessary to carefully read the installation manual before proceeding.

Throughout the process the car must be switched off with the key out of the ignition.

The installation should be done in a appropriated, dry and vibration free place.

Camshaft sensor

After identify the camshaft sensor, disconnect the plug that is connected to that sensor

Boost pressure sensor

First locate the plug of the boost pressure sensor in your engine. The plug wiring for the boost pressure sensor may be located at intake manifold or intake pipes, according to the image

When connecting the new cable, check if it does a "click" sound. This is the general appearance after connecting the Boost Pressure Sensor

RAIL PRESSURE SENSOR

The plug wiring for the common rail pipe may be located at the end or in the center of their pipe. It can be clearly identified by the large union screw, according to the image. The best way to find the plug is following the lines of injection (slightly yellowish metal pipes)

After identifying the rail pressure sensor, you should disconnect the plug that is connected to that sensor

Final step

Connect the FCI wiring to your ON Power box and then lock properly using the lock lever represented with the purple color. Then, pass and put the cable in a proper way, certifying that it doesn't stay too close of the hot parts, avoiding this way that it melts. For that, use cable ties
